Located in Lutz, a quiet community outside of Tampa, we offer a variety of single-family home settings designed to meet the needs of participants with challenging behaviors or more intense medical needs. These programs offer 24-hour supports and a higher staff to patient ratio.
Our Supported Living apartments in Lutz, offer 1, 2, and 4 bedroom style apartments with various levels of supervision and support. Located close together, each apartment setting is close to secondary education opportunities at the University of Southern Florida and provides convenient access to public transportation.
Also in Lutz, we offer a program that specializes in serving senior citizens. Fully-accessible and situated on an acre of land, this location offers a lovely outdoor patio and yard where participants can enjoy the temperate Florida weather year-round.
The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community. NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
