Located in a quiet neighborhood, just outside Chicago, our community-based program in the heart of the Des Plaines is close to area physicians, recreational activities and shopping. Our single-family home is located on a charming cul-de-sac and offers a great back yard and patio area where participants can relax and socialize in this friendly neighborhood setting.
The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community. NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
