Located adjacent to one another in the beautiful lake community of Sebago, we offer two community-based homes with varying levels of support so participants can receive the appropriate level of supervision and services for their individual rehabilitation program. In one home we provide specialized rehabilitation services in a more structured environment while our cottage-style home offers participants an opportunity to continue their rehabilitation journey in a less restrictive environment as they progress towards independent living.
The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community. NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
