Our Neurorehabilitation program located in Raynham provide specialized, active rehabilitation services in a fully-accessible, single-family home setting. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the southern part of the state, our Neurorehabilitation setting offers unique therapy opportunities on-site and in the community – providing an efficient and cost-effective alternative to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and other traditional care settings.
The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community. NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
