Our community-based setting in Hamilton offers Supported and Transitional Living programs and is located in a lovely residential area.  This charming, single-family home has great front yard and a small porch where participants can relax and enjoy the comfortable neighborhood environment. 

The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community.  NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
