Located in Charlestown, our two experience-rich program settings provide individuals with guided opportunities to improve their daily living skills and successfully participate in home and community-based environments. This tight-knit waterfront community provides a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere and is home to several local businesses, farms and community beaches.
The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community. NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
