Just north of Nashville in Sumner County, our central location in Castalian Springs provides regional access to rehabilitation and supported living services for adults with brain injury throughout the southeast. Our beautiful single-family home setting offers ample outdoor space including a green house, garden and patio. In addition this rural location offers spacious bedrooms and living space along with other amenities such as a pool table and exercise room.
The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community. NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
