Just north of Nashville in Sumner County, our central location in Gallatin provides regional access to rehabilitation and supported living services for adults with brain injury throughout the southeast.  Our apartment-style setting offers a spacious and modern living space along with convenient bus service to Gallatin’s town center and other amenities such as a pool and exercise room. 

The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community.  NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
