Our community-based setting in Winona, just outside of Tyler, provides Supported Living services for participants who are ready for a more independent living environment.  Located in a quiet, rural community, this small group home living option is a great next step for participants who may have received a higher level of services in our hospital-based program in Tyler at UTHSCT. 

The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community.  NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
