We offer two different community-based rehabilitation program settings in Charlottesville. Our structured day program at the High Street Clubhouse serves as a dynamic resource center for participants and offers a variety of community-based vocational and volunteer opportunities. Our fully-accessible, single-family home setting provides specialized rehabilitation services and supports for Active Duty Service members and Veterans in Charlottesville through a partnership with Virginia NeuroCare, a core program of the Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC).
