Located in Waterford, a quiet lake side community in the southern part of the state, our single-family home setting provides individuals with guided opportunities to enjoy outdoor activities and access community resources. Waterford’s scenic landscape includes several parks and a charming town center where participants can access local businesses and vocational rehabilitation sites, as well as participate in ongoing community events such as Wisconsin’s state fairs and festivals. In addition to our community-based setting we also provide supported living services to individuals who live in nearby apartments.
The services listed below may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community. NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
