South East Region
Anne Marie Romelus
LPN, NeuroRestorative Avalon Park
2 years of service with NeuroRestorative

As an LPN, Anne Marie Romelus provides support for some of the program’s most medically complex participants making sure their needs are met in a safe and stable environment.  She is known for being a true team player. When a co-worker became unexpectedly ill and was forced to be out of work for more than a week, Anne Marie stepped in to make sure the participants were supported.  She came in on her days off to make sure participants with feeding tubes were able to receive their meals and volunteered to take on extra shifts when coverage could not be found elsewhere.

“Anne Marie is dedicated to the care of our participants. When our program nurse was out unexpectedly, Anne Marie came in early and stayed late to ensure the participants’ care was uninterrupted.  Her hard work and dedication helped ease a difficult situation,” said Shannon Fimple, Anne Marie’s co-worker at NeuroRestorative Avalon Park and nominator.

Central Region
Jenny ‘Beth’ Johnson
Admission Funding Coordinator, Field Evaluator and Case Manager, NeuroRestorative Kentucky

Jenny ‘Beth’ Johnson is a true example of a NeuroRestorative Hero. She is a do it all kind of woman, constantly taking on new tasks and responsibilities. Beth’s dedication is admired by her co-workers and her support is felt by every individual she serves.

“Beth willingly goes above and beyond to help her co-workers and our participants achieve a positive outcome. She welcomes new challenges and is always willing to help out fellow co-workers,” said Carolyn Mancuso-Seagraff, Beth’s nominator and supervisor.
