Host-Home/In-Home

NeuroRestorative’s innovative Host-Home program provides participants the opportunity to successfully transition from facility-based services to life in the community.  In our Host-Home program, participants live in the community of their choice, in the home of a primary support person known as a “Mentor.”  We carefully match participants and Mentors based on the goals and preferences of both individuals. 

We also offer In-Home services to assist participants in their own home with the appropriate level of support best suited to their goals.
