programs use active rehabilitation to help individuals achieve their potential
and reach their goals, whether returning home, to work or to school. Each program participant has an
individualized service plan which is developed by our interdisciplinary team of
professionals with input from the individual and his or her personal support
network.
Each therapeutic activity in a participant’s neurorehabilitation program provides the opportunity to develop skills that will have practical application in their lives as they return to their community. Neurorehabilitation therapies are offered in a variety of settings including our community-based inpatient homes and throughout our in-home, host home, outpatient and day treatment programs.
