Transitional living services provide specialized therapeutic services to enhance an
individual’s functional and behavioral abilities so they may successfully transition
from more intensive acute or neurobehavioral treatment settings to more natural
home environments uniquely designed to promote safe development of independent
living skills. Participants have numerous opportunities to acquire
functional abilities, use compensatory strategies and develop appropriate social
and behavioral skills in natural home settings. By delivering transitional
living services in the community we help build a bridge to the participant’s return
to home, family, community, job or educational settings.
