Community Living

Timber Ridge Community Living Services are designed to meet the long term residential and quality of life needs of survivors of brain injury and related neurological dysfunction. Timber Ridge Ranch NeuroRestorative® Services is JCAHO and CARF accredited for its brain injury programs.

Our Community Living Program offers ongoing daily routine and structure which enhances physical functioning, communicative and social interaction, cognitive functioning and behavioral control.

Features of our program:

Following an intake assessment which includes personal goals, interests and expectations presented by the client and family, the case manager develops a plan of care addressing the client’s needs.

We provide a safe, structured environment where individuals with maladaptive behaviors resulting from an acquired brain injury can relearn appropriate behaviors and skills.

Restorative therapy sessions may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
