Jeff Stanford, M.A.

Jeff StanfordJeff Stanford, M.A., is Program Director for NeuroRestorative® Specialty Services @ UTHCT in Tyler, Texas.  He received his Master’s degree in Counseling from Louisiana Tech University and his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Delta State University in Mississippi.  Jeff previously served as Behavioral Coordinator at Timber Ridge Ranch NeuroRestorative® Services in Benton, Arkansas.  He also has five years experience with an inpatient brain injury program and eleven years of rehabilitation management experience.  He is a member of the Case Management Society of America.



Clinical Director

Rene’ Mills, M.S., CCC-SLP

Rene MillsRene' Mills, M.S., CCC-SLP, Clinical Director at NeuroRestorative® Specialty Services @ UTHCT, has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, and a Master of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences/University of Arkansas at Little Rock.   She has fifteen years of experience as a licensed Speech Pathologist working in the continuum of care from ICU's to outpatient clinics. She is a member of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.



Program Case Manager

Kathi Burnett, RN

Kathy Burnett, RN, is the Program Case Manager for NeuroRestorative® Specialty Services @ UTHCT.  She has almost thirty years experience as a registered nurse and dedicated caregiver working in a diverse mixture of nursing disciplines.  An East Texas native, she joined the Neurorestorative family to better the lives of clients in the region. 


Nurse Manager

Beth Brunner, RN, BSN

Beth Brunner, RN, BSN, is Nurse Manager for NeuroRestorative® Specialty Services @ UTHCT.  She graduated from the University of Utah School of Nursing in Ogden, Utah.  During her 30 years working as a registered nurse, she has had a range of experience from staff nurse to Director of Nursing.  She has worked in multiple aspects of nursing from Medical-Surgical, Rehabilitation, Home Health, Intensive Care and Emergency Room.  Beth cared for her own mother who had suffered from a cerebrovascular accident for several years, thus giving her insight into the needs of both family and patient.


Occupational Therapist

Ms. Tracie Fey, MOT, OTR/L

Tracie Fey, MOT, OTR/L, is a licensed occupational therapist with seven years of clinical experience addressing various patient populations and diagnoses.  She graduated from Texas Tech with a Bachelor in Occupational Therapy.  She earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center where she graduated Suma Cum Laude.  She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association and the Texas Occupational Therapy Association.   Tracie has been a certified Neuro-IFRAH practitioner since 2005.


 

Program Representatives/Clinical Evaluators

Pam Veuleman, RN


Pam Veuleman Pam Veuleman, RN, CRRN, joined NeuroRestorative Specialty Services @ UTHCT as Program Representative and Clinical Evaluator three years ago.  She graduated from William Buchanan School of Nursing in Texarkana, Texas, and has been a Registered Nurse for 31 years, with 17 of those years in the field of rehabilitation.  She is a member of the Case Management Society of America, the Association of Rehabilitation Nurses, and a board member for Ark-La-Tex CMSA.  Pam is passionate about brain injury since her son incurred a traumatic brain injury during his second year of college over four years ago. She can relate first hand to the clients and the families as they begin their journey toward recovery.

 

Donna Kuhlmann, LBSW

Donna KuhlmannDonna Kuhlmann, LBSW, graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches with a Bachelor of Social Work.  Throughout her career, she has served as Acute Care Case Manager, Medical Social Worker, ICU Clinical Liaison, and provided continuity of care to patients and families in critical care areas.  Donna is Program Representative and Clinical Evaluator for NeuroRestorative Specialty Services @ UTHCT and is a member of the Case Management Society of America and National Association for Social Workers.
