As the Talent Acquisition (TA) Director for NeuroRestorative, Heather provides strategic TA leadership by developing talent, robust sourcing strategies, and optimizing process excellence to support the hiring needs of the business. Leading a team of TA professionals nationwide, she is responsible for all aspects of the recruiting experience, including talent planning and attraction, strategic development, and ensuring a candidate-friendly experience for our new hires. Heather is truly passionate about staffing our programs with the best teams to support the people that we serve.
Prior to joining NeuroRestorative, Heather has two decades of Global Talent Acquisition leadership in the Banking and Finance industry. She brings her accomplishments and expertise as a passionate thought leader focused on building, leading, and motivating a high-preforming recruiting team to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience as well as a deep knowledge of innovative sourcing strategies and tools focused on all levels, from high volume recruiting to senior executives.
