Staff development is one of many areas in which Andrea excels as a Rehabilitation Specialist in Whitehall, Michigan. She goes out of her way to ensure that her staff members are well-equipped with the information and tools they need to face any situation. This, in turn, boosts employee morale throughout the Whitehall program. Andrea is also a strong advocate for those she serves. She diligently ensures the individuals she supports have everything they need and have a voice in all aspects of their care and rehabilitation. Additionally, Andrea is known to be extremely flexible with her time, often to volunteering when extra assistance is needed and switching environments mid-shift when her skills are best utilized in another area of the NeuroRestorative Michigan program.
