To the team at Winways, Dave Jameson has always been a hero. They can see how much he cares about the individuals and his team members by the effort and pride he puts into maintaining the home for them. When one of the treadmills broke, Dave came in early to ensure the old one had been dismantled and the new one safely assembled and set up so that individuals could use it uninterrupted for their therapy sessions that day. He also understands that the individuals we serve experience behavioral challenges and is unfailingly kind and patient to them.
