Jamie is known for being a great leader. She understands the critical role caregivers’ play and works hard to support them in their important work. She makes sure her team has what they need whether that means finding additional resources to support shifts or balancing schedules to help ensure team members are able to care for themselves as well as for others. She also gets to know the individuals we serve and has a great rapport with the people she works with.
