In addition to advocating for the individuals he serves, he also epitomizes our philosophy of continuous improvement, looking for opportunities to further improve how services are provided. From developing an enhanced tracking chart for medication to starting a garden to provide individuals with additional opportunities to participate in meaningful outdoor activities, John is always looking for new ways to support his team and the individuals he serves. Positivity radiates from John, and he goes out of his way to make everyone’s day better.
