A part of the Ashland Program, Laura is an exceptional team member. She has been an LST for most of her career here and was recently promoted to Team Lead. She has a great rapport with staff and participants, and her positive attitude creates ripples wherever she goes. Whether she’s managing schedules, supporting participants as they experience behaviors, or expertly handling one of the many curveballs that can come up, Laura’s dedication to those in her care and her team never wavers.
