Poppy Pandian Activities Coordinator, NeuroRestorative California

Poppy is known in her program and her community for being a caring person who devotes her energy to helping others. At our Granite Bay program in Northern California, she comes up with fun and engaging activities for the individuals she serves. She connects with local musicians to provide entertainment for individuals and makes routine trips to local flower shops to pick up bouquets that didn’t sell, which allows individuals to enjoy fresh flowers in their rooms and throughout the building. In her spare time, Poppy prepares food from her home, working with local organizations to feed the homeless in her community. Recently, Poppy sewed cloth masks for every program participant and team member for their personal use when not at work, and coordinated with a company to provide filters for each mask so that inserts could be replaced.
