Shanon does everything in her power to help the people around her succeed—from team members to the individuals she serves. A young girl Shanon works with wanted to go to school but needed care that was beyond what the school could provide. Shanon advocated for the young girl and worked with the school to arrange for a pediatric nurse to provide support at school so that he young girl could fulfill her dream of attending class again. Shanon believes in the people in her care and in her team members and is always there to support their goals.
