Always willing to come in early and stay late, Victoria will do whatever it takes to care for participants. Victoria became a Life Skills Trainer in 2011, a position in which she displayed intelligence, quick-thinking and an innovative approach to her role. After excelling as a Life Skills Trainer, she became a Team Lead in 2014. Since her promotion, there have been many of accounts of Victoria going above and beyond on behalf of the participants and staff she supports. From finding and installing televisions for participants to working additional hours, Victoria is an exceptional employee and team member.
