2014 Voices of Brain Injury: “What Helps?”

Every day at NeuroRestorative we witness firsthand the amazing stories of bravery, compassion and dedication of those affected by brain injury, from the survivors themselves to family members and caregivers dedicated to supporting their loved ones with brain injury to those who have chosen to dedicate their careers to serving individuals with brain injury.

In recognition of March as Brain Injury Awareness Month, NeuroRestorative is excited to introduce the second annual Voices of Brain Injury campaign.  The campaign provides a platform for those who are affected by brain injury to tell their story in their own words. This year’s theme invites submissions that answer the question “What Helps?” on the road to recovery from brain injury.  Knowing that every brain injury and road to recovery is unique, we look forward to sharing stories from around the country about the many elements that can contribute to a person’s rehabilitative journey.
