At NeuroRestorative, we strive to help families, care navigators, case managers and other brain injury professionals select the very best options for the individuals they support. Whether you are looking for community-based sub-acute or post-acute residential rehabilitation programs, in-home support, or other treatment options, our expert staff can help answer any questions you have. And if we don’t have the answer right away—we promise to find it! We take pride in our customer service skills and create collaborative partnerships to make the admission process as easy as possible.
NeuroRestorative is pleased to partner with commercial insurance providers, workers compensation programs, public funding sources–including Medicaid and Medicaid Waiver programs–and funding options for Veterans and Military Service Members, and their dependents, and many others to ensure access to rehabilitative services for individuals with brain and spinal cord injuries and other neurological challenges. We offer cost-effective solutions designed to help an individual regain maximum independence.
Immediately upon receipt of a referral we begin to gather important information about the individual. Next steps include the scheduling of a clinical screening, and meeting with family and treating professionals. In most cases, the clinical screening can be scheduled within 24 hours of the referral. Following the clinical screening and acceptance, a proposed plan of care is submitted to the funding source. One of our referral coordinators will work to determine and secure funding qualification, arrange family tours, and facilitate communication for the pre-admission process. Upon final funding approval our referral coordinator and helpful program representatives will assist with arrangements to transfer and admit the individual.
