NeuroRestorative Des Plaines residential program is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Chicago. Our community-based program in the heart of the Des Plaines is close to area physicians, recreational activities and shopping. Our single-family home is located on a charming cul-de-sac and offers a great back yard and patio area where individuals can relax and socialize in this friendly neighborhood setting. We serve children and adolescents ages 14-22. We do not serve adults over the age of 22.
We help children who have:
- Experienced a traumatic brain injury
- Autism
- Behavioral challenges
- Specific learning disabilities
- Intellectual disabilities
- Multiple disabilities
- Speech and language impairments
- Emotional disabilities
- Or other health impairments
Our vision is to guide, support, love, heal, educate, and restore individuals in order for them to rise above circumstances to embrace their highest potential.
Our mission is to provide support, redirection, and education toward new skills for challenging behaviors through individual goals in order to help each individual reach their highest potential and flourish in society.
Our goal is to excel as a residential and academic program that positively contributes to the growth and well-being of each individual, family, and our local community.
NeuroRestorative serves students who require residential placement as well as those living in the local community who require therapeutic day school programming. Our services may be offered by our staff and other professionals on-site or in the community. NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.
