NeuroRestorative Utah is a leading provider of subacute and post-acute rehabilitation services. We offer advanced clinical and restorative care services for adults and children.

Our Riverton, Utah, location is the only program in the region designed from the ground up to provide care services required for adults and children recovering from catastrophic illnesses and injuries. Our unique program offers personalized attention and intensive treatment in a non-institutional setting, creating an environment conducive to recovery. Here, each individual we serve has the best opportunity to improve their quality of life and advance their independence.

Our community-based subacute care program for adults features 36 private living spaces that are equipped to handle each patient’s specific medical needs. We provide a natural healing environment with sophisticated equipment, outdoor therapeutic areas, and cozy common rooms to make the adults and children we serve feel at home. In addition to physical, occupational and speech therapy, our team provides highly skilled nursing and respiratory rehabilitation for patients requiring tracheostomy care, intravenous therapy, enteral feedings, LVADs, complex wound care, and other forms of medically complex services.

Our pediatric subacute rehabilitation program, NeuroRestorative 4kids, provides children with specialized, skilled and compassionate care in a safe, home-like environment. We work one-on-one with children in need of intensive rehabilitation. Our in-house therapy team is dedicated to working with families to provide evidence-based rehabilitation care.

NeuroRestorative 4kids provides an answer for both long- and short-term care needs. Our programs help infants and children, as well as their families, transition from hospital to home. We also offer training to caregivers so they can become confident in taking care of their loved one. Training includes ventilator management, tracheostomy care, G-tube care and maintenance, and other complex needs. In addition, we recognize how difficult it is to be separated from your child, so family members may stay overnight with their child in their private rooms if they desire. In addition, we understand the importance of providing long-term care for children with medically complex needs.
